You don’t need me to tell you who you’re supposed to be.
My role is to help you get quiet enough to figure out who you actually are underneath the expectations, conditioning, old beliefs, & versions of yourself you’ve outgrown.
Authentic Living + Spiritual Coaching is a one-on-one space where we can explore things like:

- Spirituality & developing a practice that feels authentic to you.
